Gessele v. Jack In The Box, Inc.
This case is brought on behalf of current and former Jack in the Box hourly employees who were required to purchase specific brands of shoes (Shoes for Crews) to wear on the job, for unpaid breaks, and for deducting too much of a certain kind of tax (the Oregon Workers' Benefit Fund Assessment) from its employees' paychecks. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, before the Honorable Judge Anna J. Brown.

Fredrickson v. Starbucks Corporation
This case was brought in Oregon state court as a class action on behalf of current and former Starbucks employees who had taxes deducted from their pay for phantom tips that Starbucks "imputed" to them whether they actually received those tips or not. The case is pending in the Multnomah County Circuit Court.

Safaty v. Columbia Medical Clinic, P.C.
This case was brought in Oregon state court as a class action on behalf of Oregon Health Plan members who denied primary care assignment due to the Clinic's policy of only accepting patients under the age of 35. The case is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County, before the Honorable Tom Ryan.

Wright v. PeopLease and Special Logistics Portland
This case was brought in Oregon federal court as a collective and class action on behalf of co-employees of PeopLease and/or Special Logistics Portland who had drug test and physical examinations deducted from their paychecks, damage to property, direct deposits, and other deductions contrary to Oregon law. The plaintiff has reached settlements with PeopLease and Special Logistics. The case is being administered in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County.

Brinkmann v. ABM Onsite Services
This case was brought in state and federal court as a class and collective action on behalf of ABM employees who did not receive their wages promptly upon termination of their employment (including accrued paid time off), did not receive paychecks on payday, and had Workers' Benefit Fund tax assessments illegally deducted from their wages for sick time, vacation time, and holiday pay hours. The case is currently pending in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

Ferguson v. Gladstone Auto
This case was brought in state and federal court as a class and collective action on behalf of Toyota of Gladstone and Mazda of Gladstone employees who did not receive did not receive paychecks on payday, failed to pay for breaks that were less than 30 minutes, failed to accrue sick time to employees, and made illegal deductions from employee pay. The case is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County and in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.

Wright v. Soniq
This case was brought in state court as a class action on behalf of Soniq employees who had Workers' Benefit Fund tax assessments illegally deducted from their wages for sick time, vacation time, and holiday pay hours. The case is currently pending in the Circuit Court for Multnomah County.
